5 Easy Steps To A Happy Day.

It’s all about how you start your morning.

You need to take the first couple of minutes of each day to nourish your mind, body and soul. Make yourself feel loved and taken care of. Then, and only the will you feel like you can conquer the world.

Here are a couple of things that I usually try to incorporate into my mornings:

1. Start with gratitude.

While still under my blanket, I whisper a little prayer that’s mostly all about how thankful I am for a new day, personal blessings and new opportunities.

2. Good music.

My kind of morning-music is a mix of Gospel and Afro-Pop! 🙂

3. Break a sweat.

I love jogging. But since it’s winter right now, I kinda skip this part. *hides face*

4. Freshen up.

Nothing feels as good as a warm shower in the a.m.

5. Never forget your breakfast.

And lastly, fill your belly with some healthy energy-packed meal. Cereal is always a good idea! 😉
